Jaguar Wood at IWF 2026, Atlanta

Jaguar Wood Industries exhibited at the International Woodworking Fair (IWF) 2026 in Atlanta, Georgia — one of the largest gatherings of woodworking manufacturers, suppliers and specifiers in North America.

We came with the thing we do best: 100% Okoume plywood, made at our own mill in Gabon’s Nkok Special Economic Zone. Panels on the stand covered our grade families across thicknesses from 3 to 40 mm, in both PF and MUF bonds, sanded on both faces — including our BS1088 marine construction and the FSC®-certified (FSC® C210081) material that a growing share of buyers now ask for by default.

What we took to Atlanta

Two conversations came up again and again, and both are worth repeating here.

The first was single-species consistency. Because every panel we make is Okoume from end to end — not a mixed-species core wearing an Okoume face — the weight, the machining behaviour and the finish are the same panel after panel. For anyone laminating, painting or CNC-routing at volume, that predictability is the whole argument.

The second was traceability. Buyers wanted to know where the log came from, not just what the certificate says. Manufacturing inside the Nkok SEZ means log intake, peeling, drying, grading, pressing, calibration and packing all sit under one roof and one quality regime, so the chain from concession to container is short and documented.

Thank you for stopping by

To everyone who came to the stand — importers, distributors, furniture and marine manufacturers, and the specifiers who asked the hard questions about glue lines and moisture content — thank you. Trade shows are the rare occasion where you can put a hand on the edge of a panel instead of reading about it, and the quality of the conversations reflected that.

If we met in Atlanta and you are waiting on a quotation, it is in hand. And if you missed us, we are glad to pick the conversation up now: tell us the grade, thickness and volume you are working with and we will come back with pricing and lead times.

Contact our export desk — or request a sample pack, and judge the panel the way our visitors in Atlanta did.
